| 摘 要： | 试图采用系统动力学(SD)模型对GNIP项目监督管理问题进行定性定量探讨,以某GNIP项目相关数据为例对SD模型进行仿真和政策分析。在GNIP项目监督管理SD模型建立过程中,主张以GNIP项目资金流动为主线,对建设资金使用进行全过程监督,进而实现对整个GNIP项目的监督管理,为研究GNIP项目的监督管理问题提出了一条新思路。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to make a qualitative and quantitative research on the supervision of GNIP with SD.At the same time,it will take some correlative datum of the GNIP as an example to simulate the SD model and policy analysis.In the course of founding the SD model of the GNIP supervision,this paper asserts that the GNIP capital flow is the main line of the SD model.The model supervises the use of GNIP capital with all processes and the whole GNIP project further,which brings forward a new way of the research of GNIP supervision. |
