| 摘 要： | 校园精神作为学校理念形象的反映。是校园化的核心和灵魂。注重校园精神的培育。发挥校园精神的育人功能，是新时期加强和改进高校思政工作的重要内容。本在剖析和阐述校园精神的涵义、功能、特征、内容的基础上，结合新成立的闽江学院现状，从理论和实践方面提出了具体的校园精神塑造途径，并强调在塑造过程中值得注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | The campus spirit is the core and soul of campus culture.Paying attention to the cultivation of campus spirit and giving free rein to cultivating function of campus spirit are the important content of ideological and political work in the new era.On basis of making anaysis and exposition of its meaning,function,characteristic,and content of campus spirit,aiming at the present situation of Minjiang University,the paper puts forwards the specific ways of cultivation campus spirit on principles and practice,and emphasizes the key points needing attention during the cultivation of campus spirit. |
