| 摘 要： | 针对湖北中医药大学中医专业研究生心理健康问题和压力应对方式的调研结果,合理分析并提出应对策略,即加强专业思想教育和导师思政教育引导,推进导师、辅导员、研究生院,以及规培单位的协同管理,积极发挥中医专业技术特长减压、加强学校经费投入、推进研究生心理危机干预机制建设等,以建立中医专业研究生心理健康教育工作的长效机制,从而实现确保研究生心理健康、精神品质优良、职业素养高超、实现综合发展的目标。

| Abstract: | Based on the research results of psychological health problems and stress coping styles of postgraduates majoring in Chinese medicine in our university,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,that is,to strengthen the guidance of professional ideological education and mentors'ideological and political education,to promote the cooperative management of mentors,counselors,Graduate School and the corresponding colleges,to give full play to the technical expertise of Chinese medicine major to reduce pressure,to strengthen school funding,to promote the construction of psychological crisis intervention mechanism for postgraduates,etc.,so that the long-term mechanism of psychological health education for postgraduates majoring in Chinese medicine can be established to ensure the postgraduates'psychological health,excellent spiritual quality,superb professional accomplishment,and comprehensive development. |
