威斯顿相互作用法在保险学教学中的实践探索

摘    要:保险学兼具理论性和实践性,对教学方法提出了较高要求。传统授课方式可以较好完成理论知识传授,但缺乏实践内容,将影响最终教学结果。基于学生学习动机,当前保险学教学面临实践性不足、与其他学科交叉融合度弱、课程讲授方法缺乏创新、重结果轻过程等问题与挑战。文章认为采用威斯顿相互作用法教学模式可以加强课程实践性;优化教学内容和课程结构,满足保险市场需求;革新教学方法,提升教学质量;创造学生自主学习的环境;提高教师素质与优化师资。

Abstract:Insurance science is both theoretical and practical,which puts forward higher requirements for teaching methods.The traditional teaching method can better complete the theoretical knowledge teaching,but the lack of practical content will affect the final teaching results.Based on students'learning motivation,we find that Insurance teaching is faced with problems and challenges,such as lack of practicality,weak degree of integration with other disciplines,lack of innovation in teaching methods,and emphasis on results rather than process.This paper holds that the teaching model of Weston interaction method can strengthen the practicality of the course,optimize the teaching content and course structure to meet the needs of the insurance market,innovate the teaching methods for the improvement of the teaching quality,create an environment for students'autonomous learning,and improve teachers’quality so as to optimize teaching staff.
