| 摘 要： | 军校本科生全程导师制是真正的精英教育模式,对于提高新军事人才培养质量具有重要意义。该文以国防科技大学实施的本科生全程导师制为例,分析了当代军校本科生的特点,通过多方调研,对军校实施本科生全程导师制的主要问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了针对性的对策和建议,所提出的问题和对策对我国其他军校同样适用。

| Abstract: | Undergraduate tutorial system in military academy is a real elite education model,which has great significance for improving the cultivation quality of new military talents.Taking undergraduate tutorial system in National University of Defense Technology for example,the characteristics of the current military undergraduates are analyzed.The main problems of the undergraduate tutorial system are deeply analyzed and the solutions are proposed.The problems and solutions are also applicable to other military academies in China. |
