| 摘 要： | 目的:研究存活素(Survivin)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与人类表皮生长因子受体-2(C-erbB-2)的关系.方法:应用免疫组化二步法检测68例乳腺癌组织中Survivin及C-erbB-2的表达.结果:68例乳腺癌组织中Survivin基因的阳性表达率为72%(49/68),C-erbB-2基因的阳性表达率为28%(19/68).Survivin的表达与乳腺癌临床分期有关(P＜0.05),而与患者年龄、肿块大小、淋巴结转移状况无显著性相关(P＞0.05),Survivin的表达与C-erbB-2的表达呈正相关(P＜0.05). |
