| 摘 要： | 新时期的高校思想政治工作存在着认识上的偏差和误区，一手软、一手硬，思想政治工作队伍和“两课”教学形不成合力，思想政治工作队伍和机制弱化等问题。针对上述问题，本文提出了加强和改进高校思想政治工作的对策和思路。

| Abstract: | There are understanding deviation and errors existing in college and university ideological political work.For example,one is weak,the other is strong;the ideological and political working ranks and teaching cannot pool effcrts together;the gap of ideological and political work expands;the working ranks and mechanism are weakening,etc.To counter to the above problems,the essay proposes countermeasures and thinking. |
