| 摘 要： | 班级是一种组织形式，是学校进行教育教学的基本单位。在现阶段，为使班级能够发挥应有的育人作用，加强班级管理建设，努力构建人文班级，成为班级建设和管理的新路向。本文探讨了在班级开展人文教育的意义，初步概括了人文班级的主要特征，以及提出了构建人文班级的策略。
