| 摘 要： | 西部大开发，人力资源与人才资源开发是重点，而继续教育是人才资源开发的重要途径。积极发展西部地区继续教育，提高劳动素质，既是部开发战略基础建设中的重要环节，也是我国教育工作的重点之一。继续教育实质上是一个提高素质教育的问题，它是终身教育体系的重要组成部分，因此，西部大开发，要发展继续教育。

| Abstract: | Human resource development is a key in developing west China.Continue education is an important way to develop human resource.Actively developing continued education in west China and heightening the competence of workers in not only an essential link of infrastructure building for developing west China,but also a keynote in China's education.Continue education in essence is raising the level of competence education.It is an integral part in the system of life long education.Therefore,it is necessary to develop continue education in west China development. |
