| 摘 要： | 以电子商务环境下个人网络创业为背景,实证研究社会资本、网络创业绩效影响因素、网络创业绩效之间的相互关系.研究发现:社会资本对网络创业绩效的三个影响因素有正相关影响;结构资本对创业机会识别、创业资源的可获得性,关系资本对创业资源的可获得性、认知资本对创业者动机的影响都非常显著.社会资本能够显著提高个人电子商务创业绩效.

| Abstract: | Based on the background of individual network entreprcncurship in e-business environment,it empirically tests the relationships among social capital,network entrepreneurship performance and its influencing factors.The results show that social capital has positive influence on the three influencing factors;the impacts of structural capital on identification of entrepreneurship opportunity and accessibility of entrepreneurship resources,relational capital on accessibility of entrepreneurship resources,and cognitive capital on entrepreneurship motivation are significant.So,social capital can increase greatly individual e-business entrepreneurship performance. |
