| 摘 要： | 教师队伍是高职院校创新创业活动中最为活跃、最为积极的因素。在“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,阐述了高职院校师资队伍建设面临的新任务,讨论了高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设情况,分析了高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设存在的问题和成因,提出了高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的实施策略。

| Abstract: | The teaching staff is the most active and positive factor in the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of higher vocational colleges.Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",this paper expounds the new tasks faced by the faculty construction of higher vocational colleges,discusses the present situation of faculty construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the faculty construction,and comes up with the implementation strategies for the faculty construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. |
