| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制在高职院校教学中的应用,构建了“工学结合、校企合作”的人才培养模式,对提高高职人才培养质量起到了一定的作用。文章分析现代学徒制应用中存在的瓶颈问题,探索高职院校应用现代学徒制的对策,为高职人才培养模式的构建提供参考和建议。

| Abstract: | The application of modern apprenticeship system in the teaching of higher vocational colleges has constructed a talent training mode of"combination of work and learning,school enterprise cooperation",which has played a certain role in improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the bottleneck problems existing in the application of modern apprenticeship,explores the countermeasures for the application of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges,and provides reference and suggestions for the construction of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. |
