| 摘 要： | 由于新经济形势和产业结构调整,大量农民工从城市回流农村。回流农民工有其自身优势和特点,如果给予正确的引导和人力资本开发,他们将是社会主义新农村建设的新生力量,是城市化进程的促进者。通过对回流农民工再发展的深入分析,提出回流农民工再发展路径。
