| 摘 要： | 本文结合社会的发展，对未来体育课程的趋势和走向作了论证和分析，提出了未来高校体育俱乐部必备的功能，运用古典管理理论构建了体育俱乐部的组织结构，并对俱乐部的运作方式提出了可行性建议，对俱乐部的绩效和发展作了定性的评估。

| Abstract: | In this paper, on the basement of the development of society, the author points out and analyzes the tendency of P.E course. In the case, the author highlights the indispensable function of P.E club for universities. In the meantime, by adopting the classic managment theory, he constructs the structure for P.E club and makes feasible suggestion on how the club could be run efficiently as well. At last the author scientifically evaluates the achievement and development of P.E. Club. |
