| 摘 要： | 文章简要阐述了信息精选的含义和理论基础，分析了信息精选的意义，并在此基础上进一步讨论了图书馆数字化信息资源建设中精选信息的必要性，进而提出了一套信息精选测评指标体系，初步设计了信息精选流程，并对可能影响信息精选的不利因素进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This article briefly describes the meanings and theoretical foundation of the Information Selecting, analyzes the significance of the Information Selecting, and based on it, discusses the necessity of the Information Selecting in library digital information resources construction. Moreover, the author puts forward a suit of information selecting evaluating indicator system, designs the procedure of the Information Selecting, and analyzes the probably negative influence factors on the Information Selecting. |
