| 摘 要： | 依据对6个城市研究机构科技工作者的调查数据,从教育状况、科研能力、社会关系三个方面对研究机构科技工作者的人力资源进行实证分析。重视科技工作者的教育和培训、培养"高尖"科研能力的科技工作者、培养高水平的研究生导师队伍是提升科技工作者人力资源的重要途径。
