| 摘 要： | 用发展着的马克思主义理论指导德育工作的发展是我党的一大政治优势。十六大以来,胡锦涛根据国内外情势的深刻变化,创造性地提出了用科学发展观统领党的德育工作。这极大地丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义德育理论,与邓小平、江泽民的德育思想共同构成了当代中国马克思主义德育理论新体系。文章以此为基础,分析了新时期德育工作的指导方针、核心理念、根本目标、主要内容、重点对象、思想基础、战略任务与政策保障。
