| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师继续教育是时代发展的需求，是知识经济发展的要求，是素质教育改革的必然，是体育学科发展的需要。为了更有效地开展高校体育教师继续教育，应转变观念，提高认识，完善高校体育教师继续教育制度，构建多层次的教育形式，建立合理的教育课程体系，加强对继续教育质量的评价。

| Abstract: | Continuous education of P.E.teachers in common higher institutions is the requirement of the age,the development of intellectual economy,and the necessity of the reform of quality education and the development of P.E.principle.In order to carry on effective continuous education,we should change our concepts,improve our awareness and complete the system,construct multi-level teaching mode and rational curriculum system,and strengthen the assessment on the quality. |
