| 摘 要： | 分析了2008年北京奥运会将会给我国物流带来的机遇与挑战,并针对奥运会物流的要求和我国物流业的具体情况提出了一些建议:(1)建立科学的物流管理模式;(2)成立一个有组织协调能力的综合物流指挥中心;(3)制定完善的配送计划;(4)发展电子商务,建立物流网络平台,加强物流信息化建设;(5)提高公共交通服务水平;(6)树立绿色物流的理念,提高绿色物流质量;(7)提升物流业从业人员的素质;(8)建立奥运物流监控系统;(9)建立物流企业合作战略联盟。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the challenges and risks brought about by the 2008 Beijing Olympics to the logistics in China and offers some advice on the basis of the requests of the Olympics and the current situation of the logistics of China,ie.,(1)establishing the scientific logistic management model;(2)establishing a well organized comprehensive logistic headquarter;(3)making a decent allocation plan;(4)developing e-commerce,establishing logistic network and reinforcing the informationalization of the logistics;(5)promoting the public transportation service;(6)establishing the green logistics concept and improving the green logistics quality;(7)improving the quality of the logistics staff;(8)establishing the Olympic logistics supervision system;(9) setting up the logistic strategic cooperation union. |
