摘    要:农村中年教师由于外部条件的限制和自身的一些原因,在“高原期”时面临着更多更大问题,作为农村教育的中流砥柱,我们更应该关注农村中年教师的“高原期”危机,寻求解决办法,促进农村中年教师的进一步发展。

Abstract:Middle-aged teachers in the rural areas are faced with more and greater problems because of constraints of external conditions and some internal reasons.As they are a tower of strength in the rural education,we should pay more attention to the "Highland Period" crisis of them and try to seek for a solution to promote their further development.
