| Abstract: | Middle-aged teachers in the rural areas are faced with more and greater problems because of constraints of external conditions and some internal reasons.As they are a tower of strength in the rural education,we should pay more attention to the "Highland Period" crisis of them and try to seek for a solution to promote their further development. |
