| 摘 要： | 大学生沉迷于网络游戏,荒废学业,甚至因为沉迷于网络游戏而危害社会的情况屡见不鲜,究其根本原因是大学生自身存在的诸多不良因素造成的。积极心理学领域出发,分析造成大学生网络游戏成瘾的原因,并据此提出了纠正大学生网络游戏成瘾的方式和方法。

| Abstract: | College students are addicted to online games, and abandon their studies. And even because of online game, it is common to see the col- lege students endanger the society. The foundation reason is that the college students have a lot of adverse factors. In the field of positive psychology, the study finds out the causes of college students addiction to online games, and proposes the methods of how to rectify college students＇ online game ad- diction. |
