| 摘 要： | 少数民族学前“双语”教育是新疆基础教育的基础,是双语教育的重要部分,也是加快培养“民汉兼通”少数民族人才的不可缺少的途径.2005年以来,新疆出台了一系列政策文件,高度重视学前“双语”教育的开展,大批财政资金开始向学前“双语”教育倾斜.从历史发展角度对新疆少数民族学前“双语”教育政策进行梳理,分析各个时期“双语”教育政策特点,新疆少数民族学前“双语”教育政策还有亟需改进和完善的地方.

| Abstract: | Preschool ＂bilingual education＂ of ethnic minorities is not only the foundation of basic education in Xinjiang, but also an important part of bilingual education and an indispensable way to speeding foster minority talents. From 2005, a series of policies were implemented that greatly advanced this kind of education. Xinjiang paid highly attention tO the bilingual education, and a large number of financial funds tilt to pre-school ＂bilingualedueation＂. This paper makes a comprehensive survey of the polities implemented to enhance preschool ＂bilingual＂ education, and points the improvement and perfection of preschool ＂bilingual education＂ in the foundation of analysis the characteristics of this policy. |
