| 摘 要： | 高职教育是培养面向生产、管理、服务第一线的高技能应用型人才，企业对高职学生就业能力的评判和就业需求情况对于研究和培养学生胜任能力来说是一个极其关键的指标。通过调查分析用人单位对高职毕业生就业能力的要求。从而为培养和提升学生就业能力提供重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The aim of higher vocational education is to cultivate skilled and practical graduates for manufactory, management and service industries. One of the key indexes in studying and developing the competence of students falls on the judgment from the enterprises and marketing requirement. By investigating and analyzing the employers＂ requirements for the graduates＂ competence of higher vocational school, the thesis aims to provide reference for developing and promoting study. |
