| 摘 要： | 社区图书馆的数字化建设方兴未艾,但建设过程中存在着诸如统一规划、标准规范、基础条件、多元化模式、数字资源长期保存等新问题.在科学发展观的指导下,应当从人力资源管理、数字化资源建设、组织模式创新、改善图书馆硬件等方面来完善社区图书馆的数字化建设,最大限度地发挥社区图书馆在和谐社区文化建设中的作用.

| Abstract: | The digitalization of the community libraries is prevailing, but some new problems arise, such as the programming unified, standardization, infrastructures, multi models and the long-term storage of the digital resources in the digital libraries. Under the Guidance of the scientific development view, the digitalization of the community libraries should be bettered by the means of the human resources management the buildings of the digital libraries should be improved, the organizations should be innovated, the hardwires should be developed so as to bring the best role into full play and to make the communities culture environments as harmonious as possible. |
