摘    要:从探索高温焙烧拜耳赤泥后通过磁选提取铁精矿粉的工艺条件入手,试验以某氧化铝厂的拜耳法赤泥为原料,以某钢铁厂的喷吹煤粉作为固体还原剂,将两者按一定比例混合制团后在高温条件下进行还原焙烧,继而磁选出铁精矿.通过精矿和尾矿分析,确定适宜的工艺参数.

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the magnetic separation technology of extracting iron ore concentrate from red mud under the condition of high-temperature roasting.Choosing red mud containing Fe2O3 as raw materials and coal fines as solid reductant,mixing them at different percentage and kneading.Then reducing roasting pellets under the condition of high-temperature.At last,by magnetic separation,we can obtain ore concentrates and assaying them to attain the optimum technological parameters.
