| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是我国在新世纪必须面对的重要问题。在和谐战略思想的指导下,妥善解决人口老龄化问题对于实现和谐社会与和谐世界的发展目标具有重要意义。因此,我国既要提倡健康老龄化、积极老龄化,更要提倡"和谐老龄化",把建设和谐老龄社会作为应对老龄化的基本战略。
