| 摘 要： | 海尔在实践中以企业经营战略为导向，以第一速度满足用户个性化需求为目标，以技术中心为核心，整合各创新要素进行技术创新，逐渐形成了良性互动、各创新要素协同匹配、全员参与的高效国际化的技术创新体系，有力支撑了海尔国际化战略的顺利实施，大大增强了海尔的核心能力和国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | Guided by business strategy, and aimed at fulfilling the customized market demand by the shortest time to market, Haier Group has built up efficient internationalized Enterprise's Innovation Systems(EIS) which involve everyone in the organization. They include the R&D organization, interface management, human resource, financial support, cultural, institutional and other subsystems, among which are with good synergy. The practice in recent years has proved that Haier's EISs ensure the rapid and sustainable development, and strengthen Haier's core competency and international competition force. |
