| 摘 要： | 本项研究结果表明;黄鼬呼吸器官的组织结构与其他哺乳动物呼吸器官的组织结构相比有其重要特征.(1)气管粘膜上皮内无杯状细胞;(2)粘膜下层内气管腺特别发达;(3)气管的外膜由1一4层弧形的透明软骨间断排列构成支架,软骨外侧平滑肌特别发达呈环行的带状;(4)肺内各级支气管壁平滑肌都较发达,粘膜皱襞明显;(5)肺泡隔厚,其结缔组织中的细胞成份多,排列紧密.

| Abstract: | :The study has suggests that Comparing with other mammals,the structure of the tissue of therespiratory organs of Mustela Sibirica have its important characterization: (1 )There isn'tgoblet cell in mucousmembrance epithelial of trachea (2)The inner-Gla tracheales of submcecosa is entremely advanced. (3)Tu-aiea adventitia of trachea consists of 1 -4 curvlineal hyaling cartilage lined discontinously and form its out-line.smooth mocle outside the cartilage highly advaned and to be annular band. (4)The smooth mucles of cir-culars of the bronchus at all levels in the mucous membrance is visble. (5)The alveolar septa of the lung isthick there are more cells in the connective tissue than ang Others and lines up closely. |
