| 摘 要： | “两课”教育是高等职业教育的重要内容，其改革和建设的成效直接关系到高等职业教育培养目标的实现。笔以邓小平理论为指导，从不断完善课程结构丰富教学内容，立足现有条件改进教学方法和手段，以人为本加强师资队伍建设，建立健全教学工作监督考核制度等方面，探讨了高职“两课”教学改革和建设中的主要问题，以促进高职教育培养人才目标的实现。
