| Abstract: | The paper takes social public security as the perspective, to summarize several key issues and main achievements of re- searches on theories in informatics at abroad from aspects of intelligence cognition, intelligence work pattern, intelligence warning and fault, and forecasts the development direction of theoretical study of informatics in the new epoch. |
