| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept and characteristics of big data, illustrates superiority of application of big data; it expounds big data＇s influences and challenges on library. The paper points out that library should conform to the trend of big data, should use big data analytics to promote its service, and thinks that controlling hardware costs, attaching great importance to users＇ privacy and data, and personnel cultivation are problems need to be solved for library＂s development in the age of big data. |
