| 摘 要： | 高校大学生就业能力的培养是应对大学生就业难题的主要策略之一.从社会工作视角来看,高校大学生就业能力的培养模式应包括“开放——全程——服务”的培养理念、以社会工作者为主体的就业辅导人才队伍、以“软技能”为核心的内容体系、“政校企社”四方培养资源的整合机制、“教育——辅导——培训”三位一体的培养策略等.
