| Abstract: | The observation and assessment in classes is an important part of teaching supervision and evaluation. It requires supervisors to develop an evaluation scale scientifically according to the new curriculum standards and a measure to assess the personal accomplishment of teachers in respect of the professional development. Besides, supervisors have the responsibility to estimate the teaching scheme based on students＇ requirement and to evaluate the quality of education with learning results. |
