| 摘 要： | 通过对有机肥种类及其施用数量与黄芩根部主要有效成份总黄酮、黄芩苷百分含量之间关系二年的研究结果表明 ,有机肥种类及其施用量的不同 ,对黄芩总黄酮的百分含量没有显著影响。但对黄芩苷百分含量影响显著或极显著 ,与未施有机肥的对照相比较 ,则大多数处理组合差异不显著。对各种变因分析的结果还表明 ,供试的四种有机肥料间存在极显著差异 ,其中以施用骡马粪的黄芩苷含量最高 ,而施肥数量的多少与黄芩苷的含量无关。

| Abstract: | The researching result shows that different kinds of organic fertilizer and different amount of organic fertilizer has no obvious affection to the percentage of total flavone,but has obvious affection to the percentage of baicalin.The variance analysis shows that the four kinds of trying organic fertilizer have obvious difference,and the baicalin that spread excrement and urine of mule is the highest,but the amount of spreading excrement has no relationship to the baicalin. |
