| 摘 要： | 自主知识产权是提高一国综合竞争力的有效途径.地理标志作为我国涉及"三农"最为紧密的一项特殊知识产权,对其产权及产权属性的认识与探讨是处理其立法、管理等一系列问题的基础和依据.在产权属性认识的基础上,通过分析发达国家保护模式的选择,对我国农产品地理标志的管理及保护提出了探讨性的建议.

| Abstract: | Independent intellectual property is an effective way to improve the overall competitiveness of a country.As a special intellectual property right involving three rural issus most closely,geographical indications property right is the foundation to deal with its'legislation and management.By analyzing the developed countries'agricultural geographical indications and their choices of protection mode,this article discusses the recommendations on the management of Chinese agricultural geographical indications. |
