| 摘 要： | 在我国,大多数上市公司由国有企业改制而来,上市公司背后的国有公司在企业上市后自然而然地成为大股东。我们针对上市公司平均每股收益和平均净资产收益率下降的现象,探讨提高国有控股上市公司绩效的基本对策:一、规模的最优化扩张;二、积极实施以产品创新为导向的技术创新战略等。

| Abstract: | In our country,most of listed companies are reformed from the state-owned enterprise,the government owned corporation behind the listed company becomes a big shareholder naturally after enterprises are listed.Phenomenon which we drop to the average earning per share(EPS) of listed company and average return on net assets,talking about improving on the basic countermeasure of the state holding performance of listed company lightly: First,sell-off state shares and construct the high-efficient stock right structure again actively and reliably;Second,regard reducing the staple cost as orientation to realize scope of the enterprise optimization expanded mostly;Third,implement technological innovation strategy taking products innovation as direction,etc.actively. |
