| 摘 要： | 作为我国民办高等教育重要组成部分的独立学院,从最初试办至今已有十多年历史。独立学院未来发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。本文通过对独立学院学生生源"三高一低"特点的分析,探析相对应的学生工作对策,以期给独立学院学生管理工作者以一定的参考。
