摘    要:目的:观察多不饱和脂肪酸DHA、EPA对于耐力训练小鼠机体能力的影响,包括抗氧化能力及膜流动性的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分组,进行耐力训练后测定血浆和红细胞中脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,肝脏、心肌、骨骼肌中MDA的含量、SOD及GPX活性及膜流动性的测定。结果:训练结束即刻,训练组MDA含量、SOD活性及肝组织GPX活性显著升高;膜流动性与训练对照组相比增大,与安静对照组相比无统计学差异。训练结束24h.训练组MDA含量、SOD及GPX活性降低。尤其对于加DHA、EPA组,MDA含量下降更为明显,其骨骼肌组织中SOD活性明显高于对照组。训练实验组红细胞膜相对流动系数显著高于其他两组,线粒体膜流动性明显高于训练对照组,相比于安静对照组有升高趋势。结论:较大强度运动训练使机体内自由基生成增多.长期训练可增加机体清除自由基的能力,DHA、EPA有增加组织SOD和GPX活性的趋势。长期较大强度运动训练使红细胞膜及线粒体膜流动性降低,DHA、EPA有很好的拮抗这种损伤作用,对线粒体膜具有很强的保护作用。

Abstract:Purpose: To observe the antagonism function of polyunsaturated fatty(DHA and EPA) on the mice with tolerance training in the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane and mitochondria membrane.Method: The mice were divided randomly into three groups.After the training,mice were killed to determine the indexes(the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane and the fluidity of mitochondria membrane in liver,heart and quadriceps).Results: By the end of the latest training,the fluorescent polarization value(P value) of erythrocyte membrane and mitochondria membrane in training experiment group(DHA,EPA) was lower and the relativity fluidity ratio(MFU) was higher than that in training control group.In addition,there was no significant difference between the non-training control group and the training experiment group.24 hours later,the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in training experiment group(DHA,EPA) was significantly higher than that in the two control groups.The fluidity of mitochondria membrane in liver,heart and quadriceps not only recovered but also has an increasing trend.Conclusion: Tolerance training decreased the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane and mitochondria membrane.DHA and EPA can antagonism the damage and play a role in protective the mitochondria membrane.
