| 摘 要： | 随着Internet的迅速发展和普及,搜索引擎已不能满足人们准确、快速查找网上信息的要求,"认知过载"和"迷航"是两个主要的问题.基于Agent的个性化主动信息服务可以智能化地理解用户的兴趣和信息需求,主动搜集网上信息,提供个性化的信息服务.综述学术界对Agent技术的不同理解和界定、特点、与搜索引擎的性能比较,列举7个实现模型,提出未来的研究方向.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development and popularizing of Internet, the search engines can't meet the users' need of accurately and fast looking for online information. "Cognition-overloaded" and "drifting off course" are two main problems. The technology of personalized active information service based on Agent can intelligently understand users' interests and information demands, collect the online information actively and offer personalized information service to users. This paper summarizes the different o-pinions about Agent in the aspects of diverse defines, the characteristics, capability of search engines, and presents seven realization models, as well as the research direction in the future. |
