| 摘 要： | 利用动脉血流图、握力、肌硬度、符号连画试验、计算机加法试验，对运动员疲劳及综合手段消除疲劳后的状况进行了评价，认为动脉血流图、肌硬度、符号连画试验及计算机加法试验，均可从心血管、肌肉、神经机能等不同角度对疲劳及恢复状况进行定性评价。上述指标敏感，易于测量，有利用的价值，但在应用中应注意客观影响因素。

| Abstract: | Using impedance rheogram,gripping power,muscle hardness,continuous symbol-drawing test and addition test on computer,the study made an assessment of players' fatigue and the state after fatigue elimination. It was shown that impedance rheogram, muscle hardness,continuous symbol-drawing test and addition test on computer can provide qualitative evaluation of the fatigue and the recovery state from different angles such as cardiovascular,muscular and nervous function. These indexes,as to be sensitive and easy to measure,are useful,however,objective contributing factors should be taken into account in application . |
