| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，以邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛为代表的中国共产党人创造性地探索和回答了什么是中国特色社会主义民生、怎样保障和改善中国特色社会主义民生的问题，逐渐形成和发展了中国特色社会主义民生观。不断地探索和回答什么是中国特色社会主义民生、怎样保障和改善中国特色社会主义民生是我党推进民生理论创新和民生实践发展的基本经验，对于新时代中国特色社会主义民生发展和和谐社会的建构有着重大的理论与实践意义。
