| 摘 要： | 金融生态是由金融生态主体、金融生态环境与金融生态调节构成的有机系统。目前，我国部分地区成立的村镇银行在金融生态方面需要进一步优化，主要表现在三个方面：一是村镇银行的金融生态主体竞争性不充分且竞争力不强，二是村镇银行的金融生态环境不佳，三是村镇银行的金融生态调节机制不畅。下一步国家金融监管部门需要通过放宽主发起人资格要求，大力增加村镇银行的数量和提升竞争力等措施来健全村镇银行的金融生态主体，通过加强社会宣传提高社会认同度和加强社会信用体系建设来优化村镇银行的金融生态环境，通过完善政府扶持机制、提高外部金融监管有效性和完善村镇银行内部法人治理等措施来完善村镇银行的金融生态调节机制。
