| 摘 要： | 随着日本、中国台湾等国家和地区后发企业技术赶超的成功,学术界关于后发企业技术创新的讨论日益激烈。但后发企业面临自身条件与环境压力的双重限制,其突破性创新难度颇大。首先提取后发企业突破性技术创新17项内外部影响因素,采用决策试验和评价实验法(DEMATEL)对17项关键因素进行分析,厘清因素间的关系。研究结论能帮助后发企业重点关注技术创新的核心要素,扫除技术创新障碍,突破技术路径被动锁定现状,实现技术路径主动锁定。

A Study?on?the?Influential?Factors?of Destructive Technology Innovation in Latecomer?Firms Based on DEMATEL |

| Abstract: | As the success of the latecomer firms in Japan, Taiwan and other regions, technological innovation in latecomer firms has become an increasingly heated discussion in academia. Destructive technology innovation in latecomer firms is more and more difficult because of the restrictions from their own conditions and external environments. Firstly, 17 affecting factors were extracted from inside and outside the enterprises, we use DEMATEL method to test the relationship among factors. This conclusion can help the latecomer firms focus on the key elements of technological innovation, and sweep obstacles of technological innovation. It can help the latecomer firms break the technological path passive lock-in status, and implement initiative lock-in. |
