摘    要:基于BIM技术的信息共享平台支持下,提出激励池概念,确定激励池最优规模。采用社会网络分析法(SNA),熵值法对IPD项目各参与方的风险感知因素和贡献值进行定量分析,构建激励池分配模型,量化各参与方以何种比例来分配激励池中的共享收益,提供激励池分配的合理决策方案,以期推进IPD模式在我国的实施。

BIM- based Distribution Model of Incentive Pool among Integrated Project Delivery
Abstract:In the IPD project delivery model implementation, how to effectively solve the problem of risk sharing and profit distribution of each participant has been hampered the model widely used . The characteristics of the IPD model suggests that the traditional model of benefit allocation method in the IPD project is not applicable, so this article is based on BIM technology information sharing platform support and putting forward the concept of incentive pool supply the implementation model for risk sharing and incentive compensation mechanism .Through building incentive pool model, using the prospect theory and the maximum entropy theory to determine the optimal incentive pool size of each participants .Based on it use social network analysis (SNA) and entropy value method to quantitative analysis the IPD project participants risk perception factors and the contribution value, building the incentive pool allocation model and quantitative participants in what proportion to allocate incentive pool of Shared profits to provide reasonable incentive pool allocation decision scheme. So as to promote the implementation of the IPD mode in our country.
