工程科技人才评价指标体系构建与分析

摘    要:针对以往研究对象概念界定不清晰、评价标准选择失当以及评价方法局限等问题,从工程科技人才概念的界定入手,运用定性与定量相结合的方法构建工程科技人才评价指标体系。其中,指标模型的构建基于对15名工程科技人才及领导的访谈与文献调研,包括评价指标的获取、评价内容的阐述与评价标准的设立;评价指标权重的确立基于587份对工程科技人才的问卷调研,并运用层次分析法及德尔菲法进行计算。

Construction and Analysis of Evaluation Index System for Engineering Science and Technology Talents
Abstract:In order to ameliorate the problems, which are definitions of objects not clear, choice of evaluation criteria inappropriate, and limitation of evaluation methods etc. in previous studies, this paper begins with a clear definition of engineering science and technology talents, combining qualitative as well as quantitative method, and established an evaluation index system for engineering science and technology talent.The system consists of two parts: the construction of index model and the establishment of index weight. The index model, containing the acquisition of evaluation index, elaboration of the evaluation content and the establishment of evaluation standard, is based on literature and the interviews of 15 engineering talents and relevant leaders; while the establishment of the index weight is bolstered by 587 questionnaires and the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method.
