基于模糊积分的大数据企业知识产权质押融资风险评价研究

摘    要:文章针对知识产权质押融资风险评价指标之间存在的交互性,引入信息集成能力较强的Choquet模糊积分,构建大数据企业知识产权质押融资风险评价模型。首先,构建大数据企业知识产权质押融资风险评价指标体系;然后,采用基于指标权重和指标间交互度的默比乌斯变换系数计算2-可加模糊测度,其中,指标权重借助模糊AHP确定,指标间的交互关系和交互度由专家确定;最后,利用Choquet模糊积分计算待评价大数据企业的综合评价值。以大数据产业上市公司为样本,算例分析结果证明了该模型的可行性和有效性。

Evaluation on Risk of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing for Big Data Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Integral
Abstract:In view of the interactivity between the risk evaluation indexes of intellectual property pledge financing, we put forward a risk evaluation model for intellectual property pledge financing of big data enterprises based on Choquet fuzzy integral. Firstly, we established a risk evaluation index system of intellectual property pledge financing of big data enterprises. Secondly, using the M?bius transformation coefficients based on index weights and interaction degrees between indexes, the 2-order additive fuzzy measures were calculated, which the index weights were determined with the help of fuzzy AHP, and the interaction relations and interaction degrees between indexes were judged by experts. Finally, we used Choquet fuzzy integral to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of big data enterprises. Taking three listed companies in big data industry in China as sample, we used the above model to carry out an example analysis. The result of example analysis proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.
