| Abstract: | From an open-innovation perspective,this paper attempts to provide a full analysis of the four main sharing mechanisms of the user facilities of national laboratories in United States,and clarify their development context,thus providing a theoretical and practical reference for the exploration on building China’s own national laboratories. |
