| Abstract: | SWOT and PEST based on the theory of system analysis on the influencing factors of internal and external environment facing the transformation of the database of major scientific and technological achievements in Guangdong Province, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, the research put forward "build resource hub platform, through market service chain, extension service mode, take the commercial service network" and so on, complementary, comprehensive database development strategy. |
