| 摘 要： | 为分析省级农业科研机构科技投入产出相关性,以福建省农业科学院(以下简称福建省农科院)下属的15个研究所为研究对象,统计各研究所"十二五"期间(2011—2015年)的科研人力、财力投入和科研成果产出量化分数,分析二者的相关性,并以投入和产出为变量,建立多元线性回归方程。结果表明,科技人才、经费投入和科技成果产出量化数存在十分显著的线性关系,且人才和经费投入弹性系数a+b1,福建省农科院各研究所的发展正处于规模报酬递增状态,为进一步提高科研效益,促进科技创新提供参考。

Empirical Analysis on the correlation between input and output of science and technology in provincial agricultural scientific research institutions |

| Abstract: | For the analysis of provincial agricultural research institutions of science and technology input and output correlation and subordinate to Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences), 15 research for research object. The statistics of each of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period (2011-2015) scientific manpower, financial resources and scientific research output quantitative score and analysis the correlation between two, and as input and output variables to establish multiple linear regression equation. The results showed that the technical personnel, funds investment and scientific and technological achievements quantizer outputs number there is a very significant linear relationship, and the talented person and the funds investment elasticity coefficient a b>1, Fujian Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Institute of development is in returns to scale increasing, in order to further improve the benefits of scientific research to promote scientific and technological innovation to provide a reference. |
