| 摘 要： | 科技金融投入是提升地区科技创新水平的重要方式。本文运用Malmquist TFP指数对广东地区的科技金融投入创新效率进行测算和分解,得出如下结论：珠三角地区随着科技金融投入增加,其科技创新生产率和技术进步水平在不断地提高,珠三角对科技金融资源的使用与配置处于技术有效状态,科技金融投入逐渐达到规模经济最优；粤东西北地区由于科技金融投入不足,导致其科技创新效率较低,与珠三角差距在拉大。本文认为,广东省政府在今后制定科技金融政策时应注意平衡地区差距,引入市场化机制,发挥珠三角对粤东西北地区科技创新的辐射作用。

An Empirical Study on the Regional Difference between Scientific and Technological Financial Investment and Innovation Efficiency of Guangdong |

| Abstract: | the investment of science and technology finance is an important way to improve the level of science and technology innovation. This paper uses the Malmquist TFP index to measure and decompose the innovation efficiency of science and technology financial investment in the above regions, and draws the following conclusions: With the increasing investment in science and technology, the productivity and progress of science and technology innovation in the Pearl River Delta are constantly increasing. The use and allocation of science and technology financial resources in the Pearl River Delta is in a technically effective state, and the investment in science and technology and finance has gradually reached the optimal scale economy. Due to insufficient investment in science and technology in the North and west of Guangdong Province, the efficiency of science and technology innovation is low, and the gap with the Pearl River Delta is widening. Our paper suggests that the Guangdong provincial government should pay attention to balance the regional gap when formulating the science and technology finance policy in the future, and Play the role of the Pearl River delta in promoting science and technology innovation in the North and west of Guangdong. |
